Love comes in at the eye

I was in Donaghadee, County Down, when I snapped this shot of rope. I was with the lovely Grannymar, who kindly offered to take me to Donaghadee. We had a grand time snapping shots of the lighthouse, quay, boats, and coastline. The rope captured my attention from the back of a fishing boat. I wondered about how it had been used, and who used it. I pondered how many of my ancestors fished off of that craggy coastline. Heck, the person that rolled it up in such a particular fashion might have been one of my relatives.
