What better way to introduce a new photoblog with the word “Distill” in it than a picture of a Cathedral, Glasgow Cathedral to be exact.

There’s actually a funny story behind this picture.  I had been out taking pictures all day.  It was a gloriously rare sunny and tepid day in Glasgow.  The pint of Magners that I had with me lunch that Sunday afternoon was eating away at my bladder.  So, I ran around the cathedral like an old man that had too many cups of coffee trying to find a bathroom.  I managed to refrain from dancing, ’til I got outside.
